1. Why do I have to assemble the products myself?

All our television stands are supplied flat packed and are easy to assemble with the minimum of tools required. Flat packed products are easier and cheaper to distribute, which means that damage in transit is minimised and the price you pay is kept to a minimum. 2. I have a technical question – can you help?

3. I am missing parts to my product. What should I do?

On the rare occasion that this might happen, we ask that you email us with your purchase details and tell us what's missing. The parts will be posted to you as soon as possible.

4. Can I return Items?

If you believe that there is a fault with the product or that you have been missold we will be happy to take the product back and refund you (less carriage), or provide you with a suitable alternative. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.

The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in a saleable condition, complete with original packaging.

To exchange an item, please email us with the details of your original purchase and the product you wish to exchange it for. A refund or additional charge will be raised to settle the balance.

If your product is received damaged you must inform Just TV Stands by email within 3 days of receipt. A replacement part or product will be sent to you as soon as possible. If the packaging is damaged when you receive the goods you must indicate this on the couriers consignment note. You must check the goods thoroughly before signing for delivery. Failure to do so may result in neither Just TV Stands or the courier accepting responsibility for any claims for damages arising thereafter.

5. What is your policy on refunds?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. The purchase price, less carriage, will be refunded if it is returned to us in a saleable condition complete with original packaging. The customer is liable for all carriage charges in respect of unwanted goods.

Just TV Stands will not refund, exchange or repair goods no longer of merchantable quality.

Customers rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

6. How do I buy online?

It’s so simple! Once you have chosen your product just click the ‘Add To Basket’ button. Then choose to either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Then our easy-to-use online guide will take you through the payment process step by step allowing you to cancel the purchase at any point.

7. How safe is the online purchasing process?

Here at Just TV Stands we use a system called protx used by many large companies. We believe that it is the most secure electronic payment mechanism available. Your credit/debit card details are not visible to Just TV Stands staff at any level and we do not store any credit card information.

Just TV Stands take your security and privacy seriously and all transactions are encrypted to the highest level.

8. Is the online price cheaper than store prices?

We check our prices daily to ensure that we are offering our products at competitive market prices. We believe that good customer service, ease of purchase and security is just as important as the price. Generally prices will be cheaper than the high street though we cannot always guarantee this.

9. How will I know that my order is being processed?

When you purchase a product from Just TV Stands you will receive a confirmation email or text. This will contain a code that you can use to track your product. Just follow the link on the website to Business Post and enter this code.

10. I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Simply send us an email telling us. We will ask you a security question and providing you answer correctly we will remind you of your password.

11. Are my personal details given to third parties?

Absolutely not. You will be added to our own mailing list for future promotions only. Our courier will require contact information and your address only.

Just TV Stands will not pass information on third parties other than to fulfil the order or where there is sufficient evidence to suggest that fraud is being perpetrated.

Just TV Stands fully conform to the data protection act of 1998.

12. Can I order over the phone?

No. Our site is designed to be fully automated and run 24/7. We do not employ sales staff to take your order over the phone.

13. Is there a product warranty?

Yes. All of our TV stands and accessories come complete with a full 12 month manufacturers guarantee.

14. Will I get a receipt?

Yes of course. We have a legal obligation to provide you with a receipt. Your receipt will be emailed to you following the successful transaction.

15. When will my delivery arrive?

Subject to availability, we operate a next day delivery service. If next day delivery doesn't work for you, just let us know when and where you want your Tv stand delivered and as long as there's someone there to sign for it, we'll deliver it direct to your door. You will be advised by our courier roughly when they expect to deliver to your door. If your product is out of stock, you will be advised by email and given the opportunity to cancel or amend your order. If no response is received, your order will be despatched at the earliest opportunity.

Just TV Stands delivers to the UK mainland only. Please email us for a quote for delivery to other areas or countries.

16. What if I’m out when you deliver?

We would recommend you ensure that there is an alternative for the courier. Perhaps it can be left at a neighbour's house? If there is no alternative and you are not home a card will be left by the courier explaining what to do next. A signature is required by the courier as proof of delivery. Orders will not simply be left on the doorstep if you are not home.

How black is black?
Well that depends, Origin TV stands are mild steel painted black in an ultramodern spray booth, so the black is pretty black!

Can you price match with a bidding site half way through the bid?
No, there's no guarantee of the final bid price, the sites are often quite confusing about the final price paid and are often only on one item they have in stock.
