Would give 9 out 10 for quality & styling. Delivered as promised next day. Took about an hour to construct they even supply a screwdriver bit & Allan key. And cheaper than Best Buy, would recommend Justtvstands.co.uk to freinds & family.

Order was processed lunchtime on Tuesday and delivered (free delivery) by 11.00am the following day! Impressed with the efficient service. Assembly instructions were clear and it took just over an hour to assemble. We are very pleased with our purchase. The TV stand is high quality. Would not hesitate recommending to my family and friends!

Dear JustTVstands.co.uk I was very pleased with the purchase of my TV stand. The ordering process and delivery of the goods was efficient and problem free. The item was delivered flat packed in secure packaging. The assembly instructions were clear and logical. All components were present and correct and the quality of the components was very acceptable. I was able to assemble the stand by myself and I am very pleased with the finished product. Extremely safe. Here at JTV, we use a system called Sage pay which we believe is the safest online payments system there is. Many other online retailers use it as well. We also offer the ability to use Google Checkout and PayPal which are both well recognised online transaction merchants.

Why are some TV stands limited on the size of TV they can hold?

Often it’s not a case that TV’s over the stated size are too heavy. It’s more aesthetic , for instance if you have a 52 inch TV on a stand for TV’s up to 32 inch then it will look a little top heavy.

We offer next working day delivery assuming your product is ordered before 3.15pm Monday to Thursday. However if you order, say on Tuesday at 8.30pm your TV stand will be dispatched on Wednesday and be with you on Thursday. Deliveries are between 9 and 5.30. If your stand doesn’t appear on your specified date of delivery please give us a call and we’ll track it down.

The delivery must be signed for. It cannot simply be left on your doorstep but special delivery instructions can be arranged before dispatch. We often suggest that you perhaps arrange for it to be delivered to a neighbour. Many customers have products delivered to their place of work to avoid taking a day off.

Most stands state on our site the maximum size of TV they can take. However, the Origin series will take 99.9% of TV’s. If you’re worried about space behind the TV for your cables, spacers are provided to give you that extra bit of room. It’s very rare though that we find any of our customers have any problems attaching their TV to the Origin series.

Unfortunately we don’t employ sales staff. However, there are staff on hand 9 to 5.30 Monday to Friday to help you through the order process. Handling card transactions over the internet means that only you, and the credit card companies see your details. This adds an extra layer of protection and peace of mind for you.

If you believe there is a fault with the product or that you have been missold we will be happy to take the product back and refund you (less carriage), or provide you with a suitable alternative. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in a saleable condition, complete with original packaging.
To exchange an item, please email us with the details of your original purchase and the product you wish to exchange it for. A refund or additional charge will be raised to settle the balance.
If your product is received damaged you must inform Just TV Stands by email within 3 days of receipt. A replacement part or product will be sent to you as soon as possible. If the packaging is damaged when you receive the goods you must indicate this on the courier’s consignment note. You must check the goods thoroughly before signing for delivery. Failure to do so may result in neither Just TV Stands nor the courier accepting responsibility for any claims for damages arising thereafter.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the goods within 14 days of receipt. The purchase price, less carriage, will be refunded if it is returned to us in a saleable condition complete with original packaging. The customer is liable for all carriage charges in respect of unwanted goods.
Just TV Stands will not refund, exchange or repair goods no longer of saleable quality.
Customers rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
